Lil'Wolf has turned out great remixes for everyone from Siobhan Fahey (Bananarama) to Magik J, Aaron-Carl and John Beltran, and lately he has been busy producing the coming single "Undisco Me" for the infamous electro diva Billie Ray Martin. And now he presents a retro futuristic trash anthem, with a divine like breakdown. We spot influences from his love for 80s pop, mashed up with heavy hands-in-the-air style electro house!

The new single from Billie Ray Martin ("Undisco Me") has been signed to Italian label Rebirth Records. The single is produced and engineered by Iconoclastic's very own Lil'Wolf. Release date is not yet set on the record, but it's allready creating a stir in electroland. Even before release the track has been bootlegged and mashed up.

From her own blog:
"During one of her outings in london's clubland Billie Ray Martin pricked up her ears. Blasting through the sound system was Electrostats Bastard mix of her forthcoming single Undisco Me (to be relased in jan/feb 2007).

Although 'officially' outraged at the unsolicited effort, the thrill of this powerful electro/punk fest plus the added bonus of hearing her vocals mashed up with the Ramones: Pinhead was too strong. She had a good boogie and wasted no time to 'have words' with the makers………..basically to give them the double thumbs up.

Reactions so far have been overwhelming with dj's like Mark Moore quickly picking up on it.

The official single with mixes by Edison and Acid Jacks as well as the Original Mix are to be released by Rebirth Records in February 2007. "

Iconoclastic Recordings on national radio

Saturday the 9th of December, Iconoclastic is invited to do a guest appearance on Norwegian national radio NRK P3. We are promoting our forthcomming digital release Power Disco, from Lil'Wolf, and will appear on Olle Abstract's famous EDM show. Abstrac't has hosted the nations leading electronic music show for 10 years now.

We are also using the opportunity to promote the spanking brand new Avenue D video R2F which we have the world exlusive premiere of on sat 9 dec

Iconoclastic er glad i Oslo, vår lille landsby.
Men det er fristende med skumle bakgater i New York også. Men i stedet for å gå oss vill i storbyen gjenskaper vi heller stemningen på Club Maiden.

En dose freaks, glitter og plastikk. En stor porsjon trash, pop og fantasi. Det skulle holde til en kveld på høyde med Michael Aligs freak-disipler ...

Det kommer selvsagt an på dere også, kjære dansende ikoner.
Det er snart jul!
Dress deg opp og gjør deg smekker. Kast litt glitter på skavankene og innta dansegulvet.

For at kvelden skal få en skikkelig New York stank har Iconoclastic sikret seg en eksklusiv forhåndsvisning av den nye musikkvideoen til electroslemmingene og rampejentene Avenue D.
De som har opplevd Debbie D og Daphne D vet at de er noe av det ypperste New York har å by på.

Avenue D videoen ble filmet i homocruisingområdet på Sognsvann sist sommer og viser jentene i vill galopp rundt i homoskogen med en hale av gærne transer, partyhomser og guttehorer etter seg.
Må oppleves!

Musikken skal stå i stil med kvelden. Derfor mikser Deadswan, Chris Lynch og Lil`Wolf elementer fra «Liquid Sky» med «Party Monster», rister hardt og sprer det ut over så det blir en blanding like absurd som «Grey Gardens» og moro som «The Legend of Leigh Bowery».

I just returned from London, where I did the final touches to the two tracks I've produced for the faboulus Billie Ray Martin. The tracks are "Machines" and "Undisco Me", and we finished the production in Steve Honest's London studio. I would like to thank both Billie and Steve for the great time, and I am very exited about the two tracks. The final sound mix is in a couple of weeks, so keep your eyes and ears open for them. I hope to return to London soon, and to do more work together with the faboulus BRM.

The duo had it's debut gig at Skitne Knep @ Sikamikanico earlier this year, where they delivered a ruff tech / electro / prog house / techno set, whipping the crowd into frenzied extacy [pictures]
